The seventy-two returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in your name!”

And He said to them,

“I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.

Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.

Nevertheless, do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.”

In that same hour He rejoiced in the Holy Spirit

Luke 10:17–21a (ESV)

I Am Not My Own

Verse 1

The one who made the heavens

Made my heart and soul

Before I drew a breath

I was loved and known

I am His creation, the Maker’s masterpiece

And all that He designs

Will be done in me

Verse 2

My body is a temple of the Living God

I’ll worship in this house that His blood has bought

As I bear His image, O may I not profane

The holiness I hold in this earthly frame

Chorus

I belong to the Lord, O, I am not my own

I belong to the Lord, I am not my own

I will honor Him for this I know

I belong to the Lord, I am not my own

Verse 3

And if He has redeemed me, I am not my own

The measure of my worth is His love alone

He declares my standing

And He declares my state

So, I will know myself

By the name He gave

Chorus

I belong to the Lord, O, I am not my own

I belong to the Lord, I am not my own

I will honor Him for this I know

I belong to the Lord, I am not my own

Verse 4

I am not my own and now my heart is free

O, Maker, come and make what You will of me

There is nothing broken that You can not repair

So, Lord I leave my life in Your loving care

Chorus

I belong to the Lord, O, I am not my own

I belong to the Lord, I am not my own

I will honor Him for this I know

I belong to the Lord, I am not my own

I will honor Him for this I know

I belong to the Lord, I am not my own

Grace Alone

Verse 1

I was an orphan lost at the fall

Running away when I’d hear You call

But Father you worked Your will

I had no righteousness of my own

I had no right to draw near Your throne

But Father You loved me still

Chorus 1

And in love before You laid the world’s foundation

You predestined to adopt me as Your own

You have raised me up so high above my station

I’m a child of God by grace and grace alone

Verse 2

You left Your home to seek out the lost

You knew the great and terrible cost

But Jesus Your face was set

I worked my fingers down to the bone

But nothing I did could ever atone

But Jesus You paid my debt

Chorus 2

By Your blood I have redemption and salvation

Lord You died that I might reap what You have sown

And You rose that I might be a new creation

I am born again by grace and grace alone

Bridge

I was in darkness all of my life

I never knew the day from the night

But Spirit You made me see

I swore I knew the way on my own

Head full of rocks a heart made of stone

But Spirit you moved in me

Chorus 3

And at Your touch my sleeping spirit was awakened

On my darkened heart the light of Christ has shone

Called into a kingdom that cannot be shaken

Heaven’s citizen by grace and grace alone

So I’ll stand in faith by grace and grace alone

I will run the race by grace and grace alone

I will slay my sin by grace and grace alone

I will reach the end by grace and grace alone

Good Good Father

Verse 1

I’ve heard a thousand stories

Of what they think You’re like

But I’ve heard the tender whisper

Of love in the dead of night

You tell me that You’re pleased

And that I’m never alone

Chorus

You’re a good good Father; It’s who You are

It’s who You are, It’s who You are

And I’m loved by You; it’s who I am

It’s who I am, it’s who I am

Verse 2

I’ve seen many searching

For answers far and wide

But I know we’re all searching

For answered only You provide

Because You know just what we need

Before we say a word

Chorus

You’re a good good Father; It’s who You are

It’s who You are, It’s who You are

And I’m loved by You; it’s who I am

It’s who I am, it’s who I am

Bridge

You are perfect in all of Your ways

You are perfect in all of Your ways

You are perfect in all of You ways to us

You are perfect in all of Your ways

You are perfect in all of Your ways

You are perfect in all of You ways to us

Chorus

You’re a good good Father; It’s who You are

It’s who You are, It’s who You are

And I’m loved by You; it’s who I am

It’s who I am, it’s who I am

Verse 3

Love so undeniable

I can hardly speak

Peace so explainable

I can hardly think

As You call me deeper still

As You call me deeper still

As You call me deeper still

Into love, love love

Chorus

You’re a good good Father; It’s who You are

It’s who You are, It’s who You are

And I’m loved by You; it’s who I am

It’s who I am, it’s who I am

Always

Verse 1

I believe You gave sight to the blind

I believe that the dead came to life

I believe there were wonders and signs

And You’re still the same

Verse 2

I believe every word that You said

I believe there are scars in Your hands

That Your goodness is good without end

And You’ll never change

Chorus

I will tell of Your wonders, sing of Your grace

The God of creation knows me by name

The Lord is faithful yesterday

Now and always, always!

Your mercy is mighty age after age

All generations will bow down and praise

The Lord is faithful yesterday

Now and always, always!

Verse 3

I believe You will come in the clouds

I believe You are here even now

In Your presence I know there is power

Power to save, oh

Chorus

I will tell of Your wonders, sing of Your grace

The God of creation knows me by name

The Lord is faithful yesterday

Now and always, always!

Your mercy is mighty age after age

All generations will bow down and praise

The Lord is faithful yesterday

Now and always, always!

Bridge

You were, You are, You always will be God

You were, You are, You always will be God

Yes You always will be God

Chorus

I will tell of Your wonders, sing of Your grace

The God of creation knows me by name

The Lord is faithful yesterday

Now and always, always!

Your mercy is mighty age after age

All generations will bow down and praise

The Lord is faithful yesterday

Now and always, always!

Your mercy is mighty age after age

All generations will bow down and praise

The Lord is faithful yesterday now and always.
